Target Audience

Operational, clinical, and corporate managers who have previously completed the PSIRF Systems Approach (2-day) training and now require an update focused on application, assurance, and leadership.

Course Purpose

To refresh and update managers on PSIRF expectations, strengthen confidence in applying systems-based learning in live settings, and support effective leadership of PSIRF activity within teams and organisations.
