Trained Fire Marshalls / Wardens are critical in saving lives
All employers have a responsibility to ensure there are sufficient trained Fire Marshals in their workplace.
These employees need to be trained to minimise the risk of fire, and to be able to take appropriate action in the event of a fire
occurring.
This Fire Warden course covers the duties under fire legislation, as well as looking fire prevention measures, the correct use of
fire extinguishers, and how to organise a fire evacuation.
To conform to the 2005 Fire Safety Act our courses are specifically designed to make the training as informative and enjoyable
as possible through PowerPoint, videos, group discussions, exercises and practical scenarios. All training is independent and
covered by fully qualified fire-fighters/instructors who can use real life experiences and incidents.
Who should attend
This course is for delegated staff who takes on the role of a fire warden or fire marshal as required by law. These persons will
be trained to be able to cover important duties needed quickly and efficiently in the event of an emergency or fire at work.
We cannot stress the importance of this role and that all candidates will be trained and supported to help them.
The course is bespoke to the environment in which it is delivered
